Breakfast scheduling created complications, and I found myself waiting too long for an early slot. Additionally, the shower took forever to warm up, and the water pressure was disappointingly low.

Staying at Casa Gem felt like an embrace of hospitality. The Deluxe Triple Room offered comfort with great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Itzel and Serafín not only provided coffee and water on arrival but also genuine tips for local attractions, which I found incredibly helpful. Although the location was peaceful, transportation to the main action was tricky. A shuttle service would go a long way in improving accessibility. The pool, while nice, could use more frequent cleaning as it was a bit cloudy during my stay. I enjoyed the local atmosphere and the option to use bikes. Overall, the service was very attentive, but the breakfast scheduling could improve to avoid overlapping with popular trips. This place reflects warmth in service and comfort in stay, perfect for unwinding after long days.

Towels could be softer, more pillows would enhance comfort!!! Lack of a do not disturb sign created some confusion regarding cleaning services!!! It would be nice if toilet paper could be flushed!!!

Had an amazing time with the warm hospitality of Itzel and Serafín, who really made us feel at home, and their cozy breakfast area was a lovely spot to start our days. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the walk to the main street, which felt a bit long, but it was totally worth it! 😊

Itzel and Serafín provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The King Room with Pool View was both cozy and well-maintained, which added to our comfort. The peaceful garden view area was a lovely spot to unwind and relax after a day out.

Casa Gem B&B offered an awesome stay with beautifully furnished rooms and a lovely pool view. The incredible hosts, Itzel and Serafín, provided 24-hour room service and helped with local tips. Plus, the little Nespresso coffee maker in the spacious room was a delightful touch!

Staying here was such a delight! The hosts were super welcoming and attentive (they gave us so many tips about the area! ). The room was clean, and we loved the peaceful vibe away from city noise. The shuttle was a nice touch!
